I'm sure I wore out my welcome with too many visits and phone calls, but in each case, the staff politely and respectfully answered my inane questions. The promised delivery dates of our order were always right on time and always preceded by an advance phone call to our fantastic contractor (Armando Navarro of Golden State Builders) who was recommended to us by Fireplace & Patio Trends. (Thank you, thank you, thank you for recommending Armando.) The pricing for our items was fair and competitive. I'll be back again when we next need fireplace items or patio furniture.
