Stopped by Fireplace and Patio Trends today looking for some help for poorly architected dual-sided outdoor fireplace. Michelle was super helpful diagnosing the issue and coming up with creative solutions. She even found a tray that better fit the fireplace, and refurbished and painted it on the spot. Michelle and I picked out some lovely glass to complete the setup and I was soon on my way back home to complete the project with my plumber.

Great customer service and creative solutions - not so easy to find these days. Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a fireplace repair company to fix an issue with the gas line in our fireplace. I called Fireplace & Patio Trends to see how much I was going to have to spend to fix the problem and instead of trying to gauge me for a fee, Michelle advised me that I could fairly easily fix the problem on my own for about $20. I am admittedly not the handiest person, but it is encouraging to know that there are still service businesses out there that aren't trying to get over on potential customers.
